TownePlace Suites by Marriott Mt. Laurel

It started off great once we got to the room the AC was on blast in the room and wouldn’t shut off so we went to the front desk and talked with the manager and she got us a whole different booking and it was perfect loved our stay.

Hotel was fairly ok. Kind of struck boredom as the tv had built in apps to stream movies and shows , but the internet was not connected to the tv for the whole stay , forcing us to watch local tv. The burners on the stove were a bit dislocated forcing me to burn my finger while cooking. Floor didn’t appear to be vacuumed well before our arrival. Overall comfortable stay.

The “hotel” deserves a 1 star but the location is great so I gave it a 2 star rating. Hotels.com has it to be two bedrooms with two queens + two bathrooms. The beds were full size beds and it only had one bathroom. The entire hotel smells like weed, room service is non existence and customer service here is terrible. They didn’t bring us towels, sheets, covers, soap, wash cloths, NOTHING. no soap toilet paper, terrible terrible experience 200 a night terrible experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone...

Nothing. Things were out of order. Tv broken and shower was cold. Very displeased.

Toilet was broken, room was dirty, and have never experienced such a bad hotel stay before.

My stay was well I just rekaxed

The front desk person was very nice and cheery, but that didn’t overshadow the fact that I had to check in to three different rooms because things are just not right at that hotel. First room did not have any towels or washcloths nothing in the kitchen. It says a full kitchen but half the silverware was gone, Half the dishes were gone, and half the pots and pans were gone. Ask the front desk for towels and I was told they were in the washing machine. This is 6 o’clock at night. Was transferred to another room. The room stunk and also the room was infested with ants. Ants crawling in the bed, on the bed, on the bed table, On the phone. Practically the whole room. Was transferred to a third room. This one was much better. Everything was there that was needed. TV did not work as well as I thought it could but I made the best of it. I will not be staying there again.

I would not stay here again. I called prior to ask if there were pots and pans (in case i needed to purchase my own), they said yes but when i arrived there was one big pot with a lid and one small lid. The shower was not cleaned very well, lots of pink soapscum and dirt. There were also dirty linens left in the bedroom. For a last minute 2day stay i guess it would be fine, but i wouldnt recommend this place to any of my friends.

Ants in the room. Crumbs and food on the floor and under the bed. Horrible. I would like a full refund
