trip was cancelled because Covid and KandK refused to give refund. In my opinion, bad policy, placing greed above customer satisfaction and social responsibility.

Great location in front of the opera house. Behind the great Andrassy Street. Metro stop Opera at the corner. Renovated rooms and helpful staff.

Every staff member from the bar to the breakfast was fantastic.

Lovely hotel , brilliant location , imre on the front desk was very helpful and friendly!

The initial check in was terrible. Surly and unfriendly attitude specially by the male guy that was there. Afterwards Zsofia tried to smooth things over but damage already done. When they made me come back to check in I was waited on by Mr. Sebastian Molina from Spain. What a difference in attitude and professionalism. He was great but the safe in room never worked and no one could fix it. The next morning no one came to fix it. No manager on duty on the weekend and it shows. Very poor service.....went to bar. No one there. Had to go to front desk to get someone to pour a drink for me. Lame excuses poor service this is not a four star hotel in professionalism. Would not recommend so many other places that have their act together and a manager to oversee that things run smoothly! Thumbs down!

friendly n cheerful staff, very helpful n attentive

Location is really good. Nice staff and lobby entrance. The room was clean and ok in size. Bed was comfortable.

The whole vibe of the hotel was just warm and friendly. Staff greeted you as an old friend and couldn’t do enough for you. After the first day, one of the reception staff recognised us and got our key ready to give us before we even asked for it (you had to hand your key into reception before you left the hotel for safety reasons). It was lovely to know the staff saw us as an individual couple instead of just another guest. The rooms were a great size, lovely bathroom and the bed was TO DIE FOR! The best and most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, in a hotel, and I’ve traveled all over the world.
