Clarion Inn & Suites Savannah Midtown

Stay elsewhere. This was the most ghetto check in process I've ever encountered. The lady was literally wearing hair rollers and a mask down her face and looks like she was lenient in letting people in and out without a mask too. We went up to the room but our cards didn't work so we had to come back down. As soon as you get up to the floors, it smells awful. I wish I had spent the extra couple bucks and stayed somewhere nicer.

I was temporarily in Savannah for work and pros is that the breakfast was amazing for what COVID allows. They had packaged waffles and muffins. They're very close to a Chuckie Cheese which I thought was super fun and convenient, especially if you just want to stay in your room and eat pizza. Cons is that it's an older building which I guess is to be expected since the price per night was really cheap so my expectations weren't high there but the only major problems I had was that there was some condensation or water that would drip above me when I'd shower (my fault for not reporting it to them while I was there, I just didn't feel like it, tbh) and then I think something died and was haunting me from the grave in the AC unit but when I came back from work, whatever seance or maintenance work they did fixed it. Would recommend!

Worst, Horrible, Disgusting smell cigarettes (dont say 100% smoke free) feel non sanitized, Toxicated feeling hotel room with the worst condition in my life. Bathroom was legendary

Location 12-15 minutes drive to Historic District. Outdated rooms that need renos. Obvious humidity smell. TV malfunctioning (notified staff, did not fix but offered to change room). Back door malfunctioning after hours- had to use front door to access rooms. Friendly staff. Grab and go breakfast. Cheap rate. Basically you get what you pay for kinda deal.

The staff was friendly. The grounds were nice. It wasn’t far to historic district.

Very rude staff. Intrusive. Little respect for boundaries and privacy. Will not be staying at this business location ever again.

Service was great! The staff was very nice and accommodated our room issue. However, the room had a very damp, wet smell and later we found out there was a leak. We came back that evening to a very wet floor. The hotel needs to be updated. Overall, our experience with the room was ok.. our new room, a suite, was better and the bed was much more comfy.
