Excellent

When we arrived hotel during the day, I was hoping for good pillow to nap on. Sure enough I slept so good (nap). Unfortunately, we had to evacuate to other hotel due to fire and high co2 readings. I’m sorry that happened! Thank you for great bed and pillow!! 😁😁😁

Disappointing

My check-in was pitiful as the attendant on that evening was on her cell phone and I stood waiting for her to end her call for at least 20-30 mins. Our room had major shower/bathtub drainage issues and had to be moved to another room. The 2nd room was extremely hot, but the maintenance man fixed this but the tv wouldn't go off so the next morning Victor, the maintenance man fixed this too. The only thing nice/good going for this hotel was Victor the maintenance man.

Disappointed

we stayed at this hotel about 5 years ago and were impressed, but our recent stay was pretty disappointing. It seems like the overall quality of the hotel has gone down. The lock to our room wouldn't take our key and it took about 15 tries to get in each time we entered the room. We told the front desk but it wasn't fixed during our stay. We most likely won't stay at this Hyatt again.

Not a good experience

No maid service. Few TV channels to choose from. Elevator button covers were missing. Felt like this particular Hyatt is on a downward spiral.

Not satisfied at all and should have left.

Staff was friendly and it was close to a lot of things. Other than that, I have nothing good to say about it. For the price of these rooms, I was very disappointed. Had to wait 20 minutes past check in Lights in room did not work Ac did not work Vent in bathroom did not work Did not feel very clean and I had to wipe things down with Clorox wipes and dirt was present No closet or dresser…just an open area across from a sink No microwave Hole in wall under tv

I was approached by a hotel staff at 9:00pm in the evening saying that there was a noise complaint coming from my room. I only had 1 guest, no music was playing just casual conversation. This made me and my guest very uncomfortable.

I’d stay here again.

I like the hotel overall. The staff is friendly and has good customer service. The breakfast was great! Real eggs and sausage scrambled up and browned in a skillet! My only negative is that some areas of the hotel needed maintenance. Our ice machine area had a leak with drywall and bent corner bead hanging off. The elevator panel was forced open, strange, and my room door looked like it came from an old dorm room.

The over all experience was great. However the bathroom is a bit small and the breakfast was not as hot as it should have been. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect.
