The stay was fine, rooms were a bit lack luster considering I paid for a suit online and had to pay for a regular room in person

No breakfast as advertised on the website and on the marquee at the front. Had to change out the air conditioner went bad. Did not change out the towels and linen on the bed. Will not stay at a Baymont hotel again, hard to understand the manager, maybe from India not sure.

black mold in the restroom ceiling. floors not swept. no coffeepot in the coffee maker. No coffee cups in the room. Rude desk clerk.

Old tub setting outside in hallway with other remodel stuff handrails very lose and paint tape that has been on steps for a long time,taking a shower you stood in 4inches of water because drain was plugged with hand full of hair that i dug out myshelf,somebodys body hair blowing around on floor and mouse poop in all the drawers

Beyond scary and horrible...way beyond

Never even got past the glass "cage" check-in...2 guys sharing a line of coke on their car hood...not even a lobby...i got back in my car, locked the doors, and drove to another hotel ...bottom li e, i paid for a hotels.com room i never even entered.. DO NOT GO HERE

Don’t waste your money.

When we booked this room, it said free breakfast for two. Their sign out front says “free breakfast “. When we checked in, we were told , no breakfast. We were not happy. We paid over $ 80 for a room that needs a lot of updating and no breakfast. We had to go ask for cups. None in the room. Everything in the room was old.

Poor service

Rooms were dirty. Cabinets were all nicked up and dirty. Found a needle, from a syringe, on the floor. Shower handle fell off but that didn't matter as there was no water to the room that night. Water in the am was brown and smelled.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and cleanliness of this hotel! Especially with the very reasonable rate which was one of the lowest in the area. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Terrible, worst stay ever

The stay was not comfortable and very unsanitary. It advertised free breakfast in our booking and we were told no breakfast would be available for us at all. After we checked in we had a family member who we were in town to see come over and front desk guest agent told we WERE NOT ALLOWED GUESTS. How crazy is that? We drove from Missouri to see the family member and they were prohibited from visiting us in our room. The room was dirty and molded and broken down ass you can see from the photos attached. There was loud rap music being played in the parking lot that disturbed our sleep. We called down to the front desk to ask if they can have the person in the parking lot turn it down and they said no and were of no help to us. We will never ever stay at this property and would never ever recommend this property to anyone.
