great stay. free street parking Fri 6pm to Mon 8am. Feb 2021 during Covid, coffee shop was closed, bar had very limited dinner menu. breakfast for purchase 7am-10am, didn't try it. hotel was very comfortable and good service. pool was working, hot tub was out of order though unfortunately. it was very quiet, i dont think the occupancy was very high while we were there. It was also generally in a quieter part of town (downtown business district), but only a short walk to the bars and restaurants in bricktown.

It wasn’t what I thought I was paying for. The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the hot tub and had no knowledge of it being broken. When we got here they gave us a room that belonged somewhere else so we had wait an additional 30minutes and when I asked where the garage parking was, nobody was of any help so we had to just find a garage & pay for parking then walk all the way over way. I’m very displeased & if I could have a refund, it’d be the first thing I’d ask for! No microwave or refrigerator... WOW.

Friendly Staff, Clean, Comfortable! Didn't care for all the extra cost though... parking, breakfast, 2 dollars for a can of pop because no fridge to keep anything cool and if you leave parking fees start over. Parking garage, block away.

We missed having the restaurant open, but that was closed because of covid rules so it wasn't exactly the fault of the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and rooms were very clean. Call ahead of your stay to ask what parking garage to use, unless you are wanting to use their hotel parking services. The valet Parking is $29. They have a sky bridge from public parking to hotel. The breakfast was amazing. It was a smaller menu, but the food was first class and well priced.

I did not like the fact that every time we left an came back it cost us an extra 8 to 10 dollars to park this made the trip an extra 70.00 I really did not expect .and we told we would have free breakfast yet that too cost an extra 15.00 plus tip.

There was snot on the windows in my room. The dog fee is ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! No microwave. No refrigerator. Worst of all they had a hand rail for safety in the bathroom and it wasnt even screwed in!!! I fell backwards in the shower!!!

Well first the jacuzzi did not work and then we saw ROACHES in the Sauna. Told the front desk and all she need was a eewww and call the janitor. The bathe room sink in my room looked like it had nit been cleaned. Overall i didnt enjoy my stay and felt I should jave been refunded for the room.
