Comfort Inn

The front desk receptionist was engaged in a personal phone call on their personal cell phone during my check in. The hallways smelled of marijuana at the time of check in and check out. I understood there were renovations going on, however it appeared as if no effort was made to make the lobby or elevator as clean as possible. The comforters on the bed were stained.

The hotel lobby looked absolutely ridiculous. There was clutter everywhere, the tables were all pushed together and it was extremely dirty. From the moment I walked in I had doubts about staying. The pictures from the online booking did not look like the place at all. There was literally duck tape connecting carpet in the hallway. The room it’s self was a little sketchy. Definitely not as bad as the hallway but had some issues. After checking the bed for bedbugs and none found we decided to stay because all the other local hotels were booked. I was pleasantly surprised that the bed was very comfortable as where the pillows and blankets but I definitely would not stay again.

The room was fine. The front desk area was not in good shape. Not well kept.

Bad stay. Checking in, place smelled terrible. They’re renovating but still, not a good first impression. Elevator looked unsafe, the door would open/close without the elevator being at a full stop. I checked in on a Wednesday, and was checking out Friday. Thursday morning at 9am, someone opens my door and almost WALKS IN. Mind you I wasn’t dressed and I was still in bed. I assume it was the custodian but WTH! Who just lets themselves into a room if you don’t answer their knock?? Hallway reeked like marijuana. On top of that, sleeping was almost non existent. My window had creases in it and would not close all the way, on top of that, my room was RIGHT across from the highway, so yeah, didn’t get any sleep. Overall would not recommend this place unless you’re looking for a cheap stay. I definitely won’t be back.

The property was unclean and messy. No social distancing was enforced and guess walked the floor in pajamas and bare feet. The public restrooms are unmarked and dirty. I could not stay there. I lost my money on this. Hotels.com could not be contacted and the website was not helpful. I was willing to pay an additional cost to g ok to another hotel. I scheduled my stay through expedia.com. Not sure I will choose lodging thru hotels.com in the foreseeable future.

Rooms was clean. 2nd floor halls smelled strongly of some type of ethnic food and marijuana. Painting going on downstairs. Seems like renovations were cheaply done and poorly done. Bed was comfortable but area was sketchy.

Came for a family getaway for a night loved the room not dirty no bugs

The hotel general manger was kind. There's was a bit of a mix up between hotels.com and the hotel but it was resolved easily. He kept his cool through the whole process. The hotel itself was clean. Though, on our floor, some guests had been smoking in their room. We didn't report them. It was already late in the evening. But once in our room we couldn't smell it anymore. Overall, our stay was good.

The service was good and the room, but the hotel hallways were dirty and the exterior doors don't shut/lock. They do not provide breakfast - due to covid, but other hotels I've been too had a bag breakfast. So what they are advertising is incorrect. I've stayed at this particular hotel a couple times and won't be choosing it again.

There was duct tape over the latch on the back door. It appeared there had been a fire or something that caused damage to the exterior of the building near that rear entry door. Also there was a hole on the ceiling of the room above the curtains, the vent in the bathroom was not placed into the ceiling properly and there were multiple areas on the walls that had paint missing.
