Comfort Suites Downtown

Upon arrival front desk staff was courteous and attentive. They Even checked the wait time over the boarder for us. Once In the room called to make sure we had settled in, and needed anything further. Room could have been a bit cleaner, minor things like crumbs in the couch cushions few hairs in the bathroom, but overall not too bad. Parking is onsite and convenient I’d stay at this hotel again.

Sofa bed was broken . Staff was good. We saw few ants in our room.

My room in particular could have been cleaned better. We had a pull out sofa bed that we used, and underneath was filthy. Used tissues, food debris, a toy from a past guest....

The facilities were very modern and very clean. The staff was great and went above and beyond.

Modest-looking facility in a modest neighborhood - BUT- actually a very nice place! Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was lovely and clean, and we could walk to our concert at Casino.

Comfy beds, clean and ipdated sonce our last visit. We used the back stairwell which unfortunately had not been vacuumed in a very long time. Breakfast was ok. Only real complaint was a dog in the room next to ours that barked nonstop for 2 hrs

Close proximity to Windsor Casino, Nicely renovated rooms, comfortable beds but TV remote didn’t work (not needed anyways as there was only one channel available).

It was a beautiful hotel room. Staff was very friendly and super helpful.

I lke this hotel ecuade of the price and location. My only wish is that the sliding washroom door had a lock But it's a nice idea.

The service was excellent. The staff are very sweet.
