Comfort Inn & Suites near Tinley Park Amphitheater

The room was fine. I stayed there for 8 nights and only had my room cleaned 2 times.

Came here to do a project for work in peace, booked two nights. Parking is at the back of the hotel and you have to walk the entire building to get to the front. Not fun in a snow storm with unplowed lot and non-shoveled, non-salted sidewalks carrying bags. Check in was easy, the person working the desk was pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean though I was unsure how sanitized it was as there were not sealed sticker on the door. I did my own sanitizing anyway but if I hadn't come prepared, I wouldn't have felt comfortable. I was up all night working and finally got to go to bed as the sun was rising. Was woken up by housekeeping banging on the door telling me I needed to check out and found myself needing to explain I was there two nights but instead of an apology, I got an eye roll instead of an apology. The bed was comfortable, the pillows not so much. Wi-Fi was strong. Check out uneventful but the parking lot and sidewalks still remained partially unplowed and not salted which is never good after an icy storm. It served my purpose but I will not return when I have to do this again.

They charged my CC two times and the said they would refund it and didn't!

My third visit; familiarity helps when you're traveling alone and in the dark. My bathroom sink plug stuck when I used it, could not get it released. I told the front desk Sunday night, was told someone would look at it, and when I got back Monday evening it was still stuck and the 1/2" of water was still there. Not good. Besides that I may come back when I'm in town on business,

Location was nice, hotel staff was very friendly, clean rooms, beds weren’t that comfy though.

Worst customer service on the face of this Earth! Tried to talk to someone for over a week straight, called 6 times with no response. They could care less about you during a pandemic. We always stay here for concerts and will never again. Many other hotels close by that have way better customer service. Lost a customer for life due to your greed and lack of service unless I get a refund

Tried to cancel for two weeks, they refused. My event was postponed until next year due to covid. Every travel reservation i have made, flights, hotels, airbnbs has been willing to let mr change my reservation except this one. Charging me $170 when they are only currently charging $109 for the same room. Total rip off, totally unresonable and unfair

I enjoyed the walk-in shower, large room clean sheets & nice front desk workers

Hotel was clean. A bit dated. Tiles on bathroom floor were all cracked. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang things on. Breakfast was very nice. Standard fare.
