Crowne Plaza Chengdu City Center

This hotel was perfect for our trip. Although it’s a little dated, it was spacious and comfortable. The staff helped us with all our questions including ordering taxis and recommending food. The location was great - very central and in the action of the nearby fashion streets, but the hotel and room itself were calm and quiet.

The room was great and the breakfast buffet was very good with a large selection.

Beds were small to rest comfortably for 3 persons.

Friendly staff and timely response to different needs. Swimming pool is large enough to exercise.

Location great, good value for money, polite and attentive staff who tried hard to please. Warm welcome. Hotel is very tired and really in need of a full refurb

Although the hotel is a little bit old and the amenities are somewhat outdated, but the room service was good and things were kept in clean and mint condition; plus the hotel is very close to all the fun places in Chengdu, easy walking distance

This is not a five or even 4 star hotel. It is a 3 star hotel at best. Everything is very old specially the bathrooms. I had to switch my room in the middle of the night because there is some one taking a shower next door. And I could hear the shower next door very loudly. Apparently there is no insulation at all between rooms.
