Courtyard by Marriott Traverse City

Easy check in. Nice room. As expected from a Courtyard property.

The bathroom area to get ready in was extremely crowded. Room was fine and clean. All hotel beds are like bricks and kill my back.

Nice and quiet. Just what we wanted.

Our first stay in a hotel since all the covid stuff. Wonderful experience....made us less apprehensive about it all. Thank you for that! Back to a semi normal! Will book again!

I reserved a refundable room and canceled by phone the following day. We noticed a credit card charge the day after the stay and called for clarification regarding the charge but they claimed there was no record of the telephonic cancellation and they refused to refund any portion of the reservation.

For the price of this room, we were very disappointed with what we got. It was dirty. The bathroom floor was gross. There were Cheetos on the floor in the room. The curtains were broke.

Beautiful rooms. However, Pool and gym closed. I felt that due to these facts, it was over priced.

Clean room. Nicely presented hotel. I wasn’t pleased for a on demand breakfast that you had to pay for. Basically, fruit, eggs, and sausage. At close to 400 a night, at a Courtyard, you’d think it would have been included.

Very clean and nice location to go anywhere easily in Traverse City.

Rooms were nice, seem recently renovated. Only one elevator for a large hotel seemed odd, and the staff was less than friendly. Overpriced for what it was.
