Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Raleigh / Cary

We had a quick overnight stay. Overall the hotel was very clean, welcoming and comfortable. The only downfalls we had to our room was the trouble we experienced trying to get into the room, keycard worked fine, but door would not open. Finally figured out that you had to lift the door handle the opposite direction for it to open. The other downfall was that our room was extremely warm, and we had to actually turn the air conditioning on in order to sleep comfortably.

This was a one night stay for me and I found the hotel to be adequate. I chose a suite which meant being right by the elevator which wasn’t great due to some other loud travelers but it got quiet before I went to sleep so it was fine. The hotel was clean and neat. They could do a little updating and make it a little better. For example, there was some mild water damage under the fridge that could be repaired and it would make the room look newer. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

We really liked the room. It was designed very well great use of space plenty of charge ports and convenient hooks and shelves to use. We liked the lightweight table on wheels. Beds were comfy room was very clean and desk agents were wonderful! Checking in and out was fast and friendly. Location was perfect! We Plan to stay here again.

Dana at the front desk is always so helpful. Wonderful stay as always.

Very comfortable, the only negative thing I can say is that we just wanted some time away from our kids, and they put us on a floor with loud, hyper kids. Not a good look if I'm trying to get away from my own kids for a bit. Everything else was just fine no complaints.

Very clean, nice room, nice walking in shower, very nice and comfortable bed!!
