Motel 6 might be better

First night was noisy was not beyond the scope of reasonable understanding. The second night, beginning about 11p, the room sharing walls with the bed would not quiet down. At first I thought it was thin walls and things would go quiet after people ‘settled down’. Unfortunately, for another 45 minutes a baby wailed, a mother tried to console her, a father tried to console them both, and two other children took turns squealing while taking turns bathing. About might I called the front desk who were apologetic. They came up and conveyed to the family the noise was too loud. About 15 minutes later when I was about to fall asleep the noise returned. I went downstairs and talked with the front desk who were apologetic again and said they could hear the noise from the elevator (easily 50+ feet from our rooms). I asked for another room or accommodations with a sister hotel and was told neither was an option. I returned to my room and had a coughing and screaming baby draw me out of ‘just about to fall asleep’ about every 30-45 minutes the rest of the night. About 7:30 I came back to the front desk and the manager offered another room. I took it. About 15 minutes into trying to sleep, a dog whined and barked for over 20 minutes. I asked the front desk to assist and was told there was nothing they could do about it. Two nights without proper sleep (one with zero), I asked for some consideration and was told ‘we moved you’ with no consideration … had better rest at a Motel 6

Relaxation!

Property was quiet, friendly staff, and very clean! I really enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely be back!

A very nice stay. Could improve.

We had a 2-bedroom suite for 3 nights. It was very comfortable and clean. Quiet and spacious. The a/c was excellent - quiet and cold. Water pressure and temperature very good. The only con was that the cushions on the table chairs and sofa were rather stained and shabby (but clean). The breakfast was not so great. The front desk staff was mostly absent when needed, but arrived back within 5-10 min., and were courteous, friendly, and helpful. I had to switch hotels for the last night to one with an airport van and restaurant.

Great place to stay!

Hotel was clean. The lady that checked us in was amazing and super helpful. Breakfast was not great but there were a few hot items and several options for cold items as well. Loved that they offer 2 bedroom suites so my family can all stay together. Would definitely go here again and will be looking for this chain when I travel to other locations as well.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel for the price. When we got there we could not go to the room we had to wait for housekeeping to finish cleaning the rooms we got there 2 hours after scheduled check in.The property was nice for the price. There was a basketball ball court and pool nice yard area with Barbecue grills. The room was clean however there was laundry outside of rooms in the hallways. It was left there all weekend. There is a little store to buy things. Overall I liked it they could have done better keeping things out of the hallways. I will consider staying again.

Home away from home

I am from California and really enjoyed my 2 night stay at Sonesta. I felt home away from home. The Room offer a small kitchen with everything you may need. Nice, clean and bright. The price was good for what the hotel has to offer. Free Breakfast, free parking, near restaurants and in a nice location. No complaints!

Terrible!!

Was a horrible stay, the front desk receptionist was so rude and not helpful at all, I have never experienced such unhelpfulness and rudeness at a hotel before, the room was so dirty!!! And there was evidence of drugs in one of the drawers that I had to clean out, obviously not cleaned correctly!!! Never again!!!

3 floors -3 different directions, 1 small elevator

Very pleased with apartment style room, not pleased with 3 flights of stairs and the elevator nowhere in sight.

The hotel had friendly staff, offered great amenities (basketball court, bonfire pit, pool), and had an overall fun and welcoming vibe. It was visibly clean, although it did have a musty smell at times which may just be from guests with pets. If you’re staying for several days, be sure to request a room cleaning otherwise it probably won’t happen. We weren’t aware of that so we had to get towels and trash bags from the front desk. The tables and couch in our suite wasn’t the best looking, but they were functional. Overall, we had a good stay!
