Me and my mom have be treated wood good here we like that why stay so long

Pay full price but get zero service. No house keeping, no clean towels or linen. No amenities, sad bag breakfast. Won’t be back.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The door to Building B did not close all the way so anyone could come in to the building which had us on alert but overall the hotel was nice.

Our two bdrm room suite on 3rd floor had a fold out couch bed that was full of crumbs etc. The actual top of the couch smelled like death and we had to wait 3 days to get a new one so we could sit on it. Our dining room table had a broken leg so you had to be careful if you bumped it. Housekeeping isn't coming in during your stay due to COVID which is understandable but having to constantly ask for toilet paper and being given one roll at a time for a family of 4 was annoying. The kitchen is supposed to have silverware and dishes for 4 but we were missing various silverware. Alerted the front desk at the start of our stay and were told twice they would get them to us. That never happened. The young man at the desk claimed he was going to talk to hotels.com about giving us a discount due to all of the issues but that didn't happen either. Front desk staff were friendly but lacked communication between each other and didn't update incoming staff on what was needed. I liked having the kitchen for our week long stay so we could make our own food but was frustrated that I paid all that money for so many issues.

I relocated to Colorado and needed a place that’s convenient, safe, and clean. This stay checks all boxes. There is no room service but cleaning supplies are provided, as well as a bagged breakfast and restocking of toilet paper and paper towels. Our room was clean and I didn’t notice anything too concerning. Plates, glasses, pots, pans, and bowls are stocked in the rooms. Microwave and fridge were up to code. I think I had to wipe down the fridge for good measure. The area is walkable and right across from Ikea. The mall itself is also a short walk. I am not driving at the moment so walkability is important. The coffee is very, very good and is replenished throughout the day. The bagged breakfast comes with water, muffin, granola bar and apple. I was a bit picky about flavors and they gave me what was available without complaint. All and all I am extremely happy with my stay and would recommend.

The hotel room was clean, it was loud hearing people walk up and down stairway.

Not a clean place. Out room was dirty and the whole floor smelled terrible. Also, I couldn’t get ice in the morning without wearing a mask. The front desk is rude. Won’t go back

Good location, nice hotel. Cookware is cheap and doesn’t really help when you’re trying to save money by making meals; nothing cooked evenly, doesn’t fit the burners and were hard to clean. People next door had a bird that sang and played with a bell every night after midnight—became annoying real fast. Walls are super thin, so you can hear everything. If you’re just using the place to get a bit of work done and then go explore, it’s fine. Just don’t plan on the kitchen being very useful.

The walls are super thin and I was placed in a room that adjoined with another room with other guests in it.
