Customer service at the front desk was excellent!

Our stay was wonderful. The only downside was that the air conditioning was not as cool as we would have liked. However, we learned that is just the way that they are required to keep it for eco purposes.

It served the purpose for me needing to be close to train station. The room was fine and had kettle, tea & coffee which was nice but the single room I stayed in was very small. Otherwise it was clean & staff was friendly.

Good place to stay in Geneva

Location is unbeatable - across street from main train station but didn't hear any noise in the room. Supermarket is below as part of station. Walking distance to all attractions. Staffs are friendly and speak multi languages.

Good stay

Nice hotel, close to the train station. Very easy to get everywhere. Some of the rooms are brand new and some are part of the old hotel which are in an ok condition. AC was hardly working. Rooms were crazy hot, we needed to get a fan to be able to sleep at night.

Great location and breakfast .

Good central location. A bit noisy despite double glazing due to location and front view. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very limited storage for clothes, esp for couple (I was single) - assumed you live out of suitcase ok for 1 night but I was there 4 nights

Very good hotel with excellent location

This hotel was very good. Close to the train station and many shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice with everything we needed.

Great convenience to rail station

We found the Hotel Suisse to be wonderfully convenient to the rain station, clean, and with friendly staff. The room and bathroom were adequately spacious. Simple walk down the main drag to the Lake, passing a variety of restaurants. I would happily stay again!

The location is great, right across from the Geneva train station. The room is clean. The bathroom has a window so it helps with air quality. The breakfast is included and pretty good.

This property is really old and there is a odd smell in the rooms. Rooms are very small. Don’t trust previous reviews. This property might be ok for business travelers but not for couples visiting for leisure.
