Not worth it. "parking" for the property is actually out of the city and there's not even a parking spot for you to check in. I had to walk half a mile with my bags from a public parking as the hotel doesn't have a single parking space. Hotel staff had a party on the lobby the entire night and kept me up, (not other guests, the actual guy manning the lobby was drinking and talking to some friends all night). Couldn't get a even a night's sleep. And the photos? yeah, those are completely not the rooms you'll be staying at, furniture, flooring, bedding, all completely different and terrible.

The hotel is nice and it is located in a good area, personally, I don't like that they didn't give me the room you select, I understand clearly that it can't be like that literally, I mean that I expected a better room, they could put the true images and so we could trust, because for the price there is no problem. There is good service.

Hotel gran Guanajuato

Location was very good. No windows in room. Door to restroom was see through. Restroom Sink overflowed, got clogged and overflowed onto floor. Bed Sheets were extremely thin, see through. They kept our luggage for no additional fee. We have stayed at this hotel before and never had any problems.

Perfect for my stay, had good rest. Only downside doesn't have elevator. But the view is great on terraces. Perfect location, walking distance to main attractions. Staff was excellent 👌 highly recommended.

Desepcionante experiencia

Pues la recepción Genial al entrar al Hotel pues una cama vieja parecía amaca, un cuarto que solo cabe la cama y lo peor los vecinos de alado gemían de placer y todos los detalles y no fue grato escuchar todo lo de alado y al otro día la limpieza terrible nos dejaron la misma cobija y sábanas mismos cabellos y bueno el primer día una botella de agua el segundo nada y mejor un sobre que solicitaba propina, y las toallas viejas hasta más no poder y al final nos querían cobrar una por qué estaba manchada de shampo, que mala experiencia no descansas te cansas descansando aunque sea un rato, lástima nos quedaron a deber demasiado. Y el señor de la segunda noche todo borracho atendiendo el negocio y como si fueras hacer chek-in.
