Its an amazing location with views in all directions. The staff are excellent and have great attitudes.

Hotel muy limpio en general, camas cómodas pero para el precio que estas pagando esta muy caro, las instalaciones en general se aprecian viejas, la pintura algo desgastada y en general se aprecia viejo el hotel. Para el precio debería de estar mejor en general.

We stayed for only one night in on raining day no chance to enjoy the swimming pool but definitely come back another day.

The rooms are beautiful , due too no people they don’t really change the food on the menu . Osvaldo the bartender is awesome make the best drinks makes it all worth it . Adelene a great waitress she is cool & fast . They clean the room very well everyday !! Other employees are. Or that friendly but overall it was great .

Nice place with beautiful views. It is a bit old so there are some areas that are a bit rundown. Service is subpar- not because they aren’t nice but because they aren’t very well-coordinated. We arrived at 5pm and supposedly our room wasn’t ready. The hotel was pretty empty, which was weird, but nonetheless, the attendant told us we could get something to eat downstairs and he would let us know when our room was ready. We walked downstairs and waited for about 15 min. There were about 4 waiters and two tables eating- one party of two and one party of three. We then got a call from the attendant that our room was ready. So we didn’t eat and had to wait for our room. This was the first impression and not a very good one in terms of service.

Great place, quiet, relaxing, personnel is very kind.

Wonderful, as always. Staff are attentive, everything you expect from a grand hotel.
