Holiday Inn Express Dallas-North Tollway (N Plano)

The hotel appears to be in the middle of a remodel. Beds were nice. Paint job was not done well. Paint on baseboards and on carpet. Rust ring in bathtub where someone left what looks like a can of paint sitting there. The toilet was very slow to flush! Thought is was going to overflow every time it was flushed.

The rooms were clean, the beds were made up nicely. However, In my opinion, I feel that the first two floors should be family friendly while the 3rd floor should be adults only. There were adults having sex and were making adult noises that children should not to hear. My purpose for the visit was to have peace and quiet after 10:00 pm and all I heard until 2 a.m. was people fussing and going in and out of their room slamming the door behind them. The attendants did not fully vacuum the room and left balloons that previous guests left that were located behind a chair in the corner of the room by the bed. I wanted to take a bath but I couldn’t because the stop did not work. I understand there was remodeling of the rooms and hotel but the bathroom and room fixtures need to be working properly for the guests. Overall, the employees were helpful and friendly and breakfast was good.

newly renovated. the room is nice and clean, staff was noisy on the hallway on cleaning hours so you can not rest. they lost electricity supply; no generators on site. so we froze and could not take a warm shower. no apologies from tha front desk either. no refund or discount given. .

It was not very clean. Fire drill at 6:10am the first morning we were there and then 4 police cars later that evening. Housekeeping was knocking on the door at 8:30am to clean on our 2nd day. Continental breakfast was good.

Stay was good. Property as about to start renovation I believe. Staff was very good and friendly.

Staff knocked on our door at 8 AM and again at 10 AM. Check out is at 11 AM. When I open the door, housekeeping asked if we were checking out. This is COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY. We also did a checked the room to make sure we left no belongings. Found an empty liquor bottle under the bed along with tissue paper.

This is our second stay at this hotel and the second time they did not provide us with a handicap/ walk-in shower. The second time the lady stated she was unaware of what rooms are handicap and which ones aren't. I was shocked. We had dirty towels in the bathroom and there is alot of construction on our floor. Tons of debris in the hallway and the breakfast is horrible!! They even take away the coffee at 9:30am. I do not recommend this hotel!

Most comfortable beds ever!!!! Very pleasant stay!

I found 2 roaches in the bathroom. On telling the staff, they said guests usually bring bugs in. I felt they implied that we probably brought the roaches with us.
