There were specs of blood on the sheets. Front desk manager was nice and refunded the stay, however, they definitely need to check there cleaning methods.

I was surprised this place had a 4.7/5 rating. The room clearly did not get cleaned very well. There was a sock that wasn’t ours on the floor, bugs in the bathroom and stains on the comforter. The front desk staff were very nice.

Parking lot crowded with people and limited parking. Room was dirty. Property seems to be occupied by long term renters.

I was not happy that the tub did not work. Had plans to have a candle lit bath and soak in the tub and the stopped woukd not work. The hotel could not take anything off of the cost of my stay due to me paying through expedia. This os the second problem i have had with expedia. I dont think i will be using them again. Been to this hotel several times with no issues but het a room through expedia and its a problem.

Very nice and comfortable. Not very well cleaned. Shower needs some work.

Got a 2 room suite. Very spacious but it had gnats. Killed at least 10 bugs while there. Hallways had bad odor and constant stream of guests in and out at all hours and very loud. Did not see anything specific but beleived some sort of illegal would were taking place. Wasn't the cleanest.would not stay here again.

Quick check in, good room, mostly clean. Found some random eye lashes on our floor. People seem to live in the hotel complex, which is odd to see. People outside window kind of loud at night.

It was nice an clean great great customer service.
