Hotel Griffon - A Greystone Hotel

Nice hotel. Great service and close to the bay.

Good location, close to transportation.

Lovely and clean room in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay, although the walls were a bit thin.The food was also good!

I made reservations for 3 out of town guests. I wanted to add their expenses to my credit card. That took 3 phone calls to the hotel- each lasting 20 minutes. I made the calls the day before my guests arrived, the day after and then the following day. Each time I was assured that all was in hand. I'm so disappointed at the lackluster service- I wanted to make this hotel my go to place.
