Best Western Plus Inn of Ventura

The location was amazing. But, the floor in our room was absolutely filthy. My baby's feet we black after running around for an hour after we had just arrived.

It was a nice stay, our comfort was just that this is a very old hotel. The beds were not comfortable and hard. The tv remote did not work. The carpet looked very old and did not feel comfortable walking on it unless we had shoes.

Carlos was great. He is definitely an over achiever and produced a clean - small fan for our room. The night lite in bathroom is pretty cool. The remote to the TV the volume and guide buttons didn't work. We would stay with BS plus again. With-in walking distance of downtown and close to beach. :)

These hotels are using covid to really skimp on the breakfast. Give an option of an uncooked egg sandwich so people can start their day on a healthy note, not just sugar. The room was clean and quiet. Lovely view of the ocean and sunrise. The windows open which is really nice. Lots of noise from the highway, but it did not keep me awake. Much better than other hotels in the area. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again.

Room was clean, outside dated but ok. Ample free parking now. Convenient location but very noisy from train (not frequent) & freeway.

Just average , thought it would be more eye catching, plants , landscape, it was just plain

Loved our stay here. Room was clean and comfortable. There is a Trane close by. We are definitely going to come back

Unfriendly woman checked me in. Zero housekeeping services "because of Covid" but I'd stayed at other places during this time with full housekeeping. Scratchy sheets and my fridge smelled strongly of onions. Over all a creepy place.

The receptionist was very nice. The room was decent. It was a no smoker room but smelt like smoke and the trains and traffic were loud

Clean, remodeled, follows COVID rules, great location to walk to pier, beach promenade and downtown,
