Best Western Plus Louisville Inn & Suites

My room was a suite type with separate sitting area.. a welcome separation from the sleeping area.notable how quiet the ac/heating unit was. I am used to much louder droning from the HVAC unit from other hotels. Room was generally clean, quiet and comfortable.

Super friendly staff, but it wasn't enough for us to come back: The room was TINY and the pillows tiny squares. Every time we were out of our room and saw staff, they were NOT wearing masks until they saw us and quickly put one on. Others just covered their faces with their shirts. It makes us feel our room was not COVID safe.

the hotel is well cleaned, but we had to change rooms due to broken window treatment. The 2nd room had 2 light bulbs out. Extra cleaning equals less attention to details? Don't know. The hotel is fine in most respects, but this was my 3rd time here and every time I've gotten a migraine. I won't be back.

The only issue I had was the $50 deposit - stayed before and they didn't want a $50 deposit - cut into our money and probably won't stay again because of this

I had been in one particular room that when i first arrived the nice desk clerk thought would be better for me since i had a painful. knee injury. Which is mostly why i came to the hotel. It was nice and comfortable. I was very pleased. So i booked again directly at the front desk. Later when i booked again thru Hotels.com. i was made to switch rooms. Just next door of my original room. At first it seemed adequate. I had to rush to work, shortly after finishing going into the new room. Upon my return i got ready to sleep. I work overnights and sleep is a premium for me. When i woke i realized that the clock was not set correctly. I have set this type before and thought I'd set reset the clock when i retuned from my shift. I was very tired upon my return but forgot all about it. The heat and air unit was so noisy i could hardly get to sleep. It sounded like a generator in the small space. Each day, i said something to one of the desk clerks (yet no one actually thought i was complaining for some reasonifinally, i said something again on 3rd day i believe (in my extended stay, i sorta, lost track) finally when i told the desk clerk who originally moved me into this room and had talked with your CSA. I mentioned all of this to the general manger he said let me switch rooms for you, if id like to be moved. I said yes because not only the clock unable for me to reset, to secure my waking up on time; and the terribly loud AC/Heat unit, the toilet would not flush correctly

New, clean and comfortable. Best staying experience at this price.

they said they offered breakfast and I understand that during the covid it has to be more restricted, but inside a bag there was only one fruit, a muffin and a cereal bar, no milk or juice for children, nor water to make coffee. I expected more

Convenient access to visit family. Enjoyed ability to get to Boulder and Estes Park easily. Used Uber to get to airport which cost about $55 without tip and took about 30 minutes. Breakfast consisted of a piece of fruit (apple or banana), a Svengard pastry and a Nutrigrain bar in a plastic bag for COVID-19 considerations. Room had a separate seating area with TV that we used. Ate at the nearby Japanese restaurant one night and enjoyed an Italian restaurant in downtown Louisville which was all lit up - very festive.
