Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pueblo

It was good.

We could smell smoke every night and we were on a no smoking floor. The people next door were fighting at 545 in the morning. No house cleaning for the 5 days we stayed.

Very clean and comfortable

Every thing was great especially the young man that checked me in. Room and bed were comfortable

The clerk was outside doing who knows what. He seemed inconvenienced that we interrupted him and he had to work. We booked online and Unknowingly I reserved a handicapped room. I pointed out that we didn’t need a handicap room, maybe he should keep it available for someone who needed it, he shrugged his shoulders and said that is what you reserved. Walls are super thin and you can hear conversations in the hallway and in adjacent rooms. Rooms are tiny but clean.

Clean room and quiet! Front desk was very friendly

When me and my wife arrived it was very late and we were very tired. As we went I to our room my wife went to use the restroom and found what looked to be like fecal matter on the bottom of the toilet and floor next to the toilet. We told the desk and we were told that there were no more rooms so they will send someone to clean the "matter". No one ever showed up so we just went to bed. Then when I used the restroom that morning I had to turn the exhaust fan and then a awful sound came from the fan them the cover dropped down like it was going to call but just hung there. The beds are uncomfortable and not enough pillows as well

The staff was very nice and the property was clean. Didn't like that people were smoking right outside the entryway into the hotel.

The property was conveniently located off the interstate, yet quiet. Check-in clerk was efficient and pleasant.

Clean rooms, well-maintained grounds, friendly staff, good location.
