Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Williamsburg Historic Area, VA

Bathroom fixtures coming off wall. Breakfast was lacking. OJ was terribly watered-down. Pull-out bed was not comfortable.

Great friendly staff and really good location near Downtown and a places to get food. The room was good. Clean and comfortable, they just need to re-paint some areas like the bathroom so that it doesn't look so aged. Now for the price and location and the fact that it included some type of breakfast? I would stay again. Just like I said please give some maintenance love to your hotel for that A++ it's a gem.

Hotel was pretty basic but for the price it worked. Room definitely needed some updating and the tiling in our bathroom floor was coming up. I am a bit of a clean freak and the room was satisfactory. The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable though. It fit my needs for the weekend but probably would not return.

We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor. The floors are thin and we could hear the family above us walking around in the evening and morning. It was annoying. The breakfast was good and the staff was courteous.

Every thing was cool. Toilet did not flush and the front desk came right away to fix it. Clean and friendly staff

I took a side trip to Williamsburg to do some sightseeing with my kids as part of a longer trip to see family. Of the hotels we stayed in during the trip, this was by far the best, and we will definitely return the next time we want to visit Colonial Williamsburg. The staff were friendly. The lady working the desk when we checked in saw my kids with me and switched rooms to one where we would "have a bit more space for the kids to move around." It was quite thoughtful and my kids were THRILLED. It also gave me a bit more room to finish some work on my laptop in relative peace. The wifi wasn't particularly strong and I had difficulty submitting my work once complete, but I probably shouldn't have depended on the hotel wifi anyway. This difficulty certainly didn't change my overall good opinion of the hotel. It was also a terrific location. 4 minutes drive from the center of Colonial Williamsburg, with tons of food options within a mile or two. The interior of the hotel did seem a bit dated in some places (usual wear and tear of a building that has been there for awhile), but it seemed to be well maintained and quite clean. The lobby felt very cozy and welcoming.

The pictures do not look like the hotel. Rooms were small and very run down. Shower curtain didn’t work, hole in bathroom ceiling, huge gap in door from the ground. Anne (the front desk manager) was a nightmare. Our keycard lock to the door broke during our last morning there. Anne tried 4 different times to open the door for us and told us we had to wait for maintenance to get there at 10. Not only did the guy not show up but he showed up LATE. Anne only spoke to us as we walked away after conversations as if we she was a child. The way she handled this situation was truly the biggest let down. We received a $20 refund and an apology to the “late start we had to our morning”. We will never stay in a Country Inn again and have definitely spread the word of our unimaginable experience..

Clean, low key hotel. The room could use some bathroom updates, especially the bathtub surround old and dingy.

The ladies were very nice but the room was gross- stain on the wall- toilet ran- mold on floor and shower- carpet had old gum stuck to it- mattress and pillows were not comfy- landscape needed a lot of work but I will compliment the housekeeper and front desk staff were very nice. Just needs to update the place and get some new stuff in rooms.

I really enjoyed my stay and I had an amazing time. Thank you for your hospitality.
