Fabulous stay, great location. All the staff were helpful and friendly

Extremely noisy until 5:30am. People running from room to room all night with no care for others when there’s a 10pm curfew in the bar is ridiculous. It wasn’t what I had expected for a Wednesday evening. My room was only separated from the neighbours by one single door that you could see light under, I could here every word they said as if they was in the same room as me. Unfortunately they were the one of the main offenders of running around. Calls to the front desk were made. On a plus note the bar staff were excellent.

Location of the hotel was great, sea view room had a great view across the beach front just a shame the room didnt quite meet my 4* expectations especially the bathroom. Bar had a great selection of drinks and the staff knew their cocktails, it was a shame the service was very slow. During my stay i was also disappointed to find out that to book a treatment in the spa you needed to make a booking at least 2 weeks prior to arrival!

Good room, comfy bed, complementary sherry! Staff very friendly, room service quick and good COVID measures.

The stay was amazing I really enjoyed it and loved every bit of it but the only bad thing was that we didn’t have the best of views. We would have preferably a view of the beach

A fantastic hotel and spa. The room has lots of little details to make it even more comfortable and special. The spa is a very unique, beautifully styled, relaxing environment which also has small details, such as glowing balls in the pool, which make such a difference. Would definitely recommend this place.

Bed not comfortable at all, however hotel upgraded our room and offered us compensation so all turned out to be good 👍

Hotel staff where very friendly. Nice touch with the hand sanitizer in the room, which was nice a clean. The breakfast was good, they where very accommodating when we wanted to change the fried egg on the full English for scrambled

Very good, hotel is located right on the sea front so is ideally placed for easy access to everything Brighton has to offer. Service in the hotel was great, staff were friendly and helpful, room was also very clean and well decorated. There were a few signs of wear in the hotel e.g. worn stairs carpet, but this definitely didn't detract from the stay. Overall a very nice stay and would certainly stay here again.
