Fall Creek Inn

The check in person was not very helpful. Took forever to get checked in and I had a reservation that was paid for already. He wanted me to fill out a bunch of forms. He also printed a receipt from his credit card machine and wanted me to sign it. I told him it was already paid for. Terrible experience. Recommend not staying here.

Everything was good. The room was clearly remodeled and new. The bathroom was beautiful. It had everything. There was shopping nearby.

Roach motel. My room smelled like cats. Bed and pillow uncomfortable.

No trash can. Hard bed and stuff pillows. Saw cock roaches.

The room we were given was not the room we booked. The mattresses had unidentifiable stains, dead bugs also on the mattresses, and cockroaches crawling across the floors. Originally paid for 2 nights and spent 5 minutes in the room and they refused my refund. Not to mention the man working was very rude. This place is so disgusting. Stay far far away. Something should be done

We had to park 10 rooms down the pillows was thin and the fridge was broken the light was right outside of our and the chain was missing

I was taught if you don’t have something nice to say then just don’t say nothing at all

Was good stay but guy at counter seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing

Nothing about this place is clean. Slept in clothes on top of bed. Did not walk without shoes in room. Bed sheets were stained and cig holes.
