Best Western Plus Suites Downtown

It is very bothersome that every time I check in they treat me differently because I book with Hotels.com! They always tell me not to book with Hotels.com and that it’s better to book with them. I get this a lot everywhere !!!

Staff are very accommodating and pleasant. The room was spacious&comfortable and complete with amenities.

Pretty average and outdated. Still clean. Parking fee was a rip off.

Good location, price is reasonable. Covid changes everything, no house keeping, no breakfast etc.

September 6 to Sept 13, 2020 When I arrived on Sept 6th at 5 pm The man at the front desk didn’t give me the room I booked. The one I booked had the cooking plate integrated on the counter, I told the man at the front desk this is not what I booked, he asked me to send him the picture I did but he never called me back to say sorry or to explain that they have only mobile cooking plates or to change my room he didn’t care about me at all I was angry He disturbed my vacation making me in bad mood I will never go back again. Novu Hotel is 2 minutes from Best Western I will go there they have a BIG kitchen.

Pretty spacious hotel room, but the windows didn’t prevent any noise from outside. Hotel staff need to wear masks

Not a great parking situation, but it’s downtown so you have to be understanding. Avi at the front desk was OUTSTANDING! Went way above & beyond to make sure my wife’s and my stay was just that much more special and less stressful.

Great location, clean rooms, and very organized.

The location alone is worth the price. Will recommend
