The crime rate in Hamburg is ridiculous. I locked my valuables in my safe; however, I did some shopping in the city. And when I came home I noticed some of the stuff I purchased was missing. My bags went directly from this room to my home. So the items must have been stolen from this hotel. If you do purchase items, make sure to make them look old. Or for more safety try to fit as much as you can inside the safe. Their hotel staff is filled with thieves. There is no point in reporting to managers, nothing will happen. They will call the police and make a big show of it, but nothin happens. Therefore, protect yourself.

Lovely 2 day stay for business

Very friendly welcome. Lovely and clean rooms. Spacious downstairs bar area with a good selection of food and drinks. Food was fresh and cooked to order. Had a lovely couple of nights here and would definitely stay again

Moxy Hamburg City. Excellent.

Outstanding. The hotel is new. It opened a week ago. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and comfortable. WiFi is excellent. The bed was super comfortable. The location is 5 mins from Berliner Tor Sbahn and Ubahn. And 1 stop from Hauphbahnhof. I travel a lot. For the first time 10/10. Thank you Moxy Hamburg.

Fun and great service!

Great hotel with young and fun style. Service was perfect and friendly. Free welcome drink in the bar. Large selection at breakfast. We stayed as family with kids 9 and 12 and they loved it. Double bed plus sofa, but still enough space to move around.

Bra

Utmärkt hotell med bra läge i utkanten av centrum. Fina rum med sköna sängar och ett fint badrum med duschdörrar så det inte blir vatten på hela golvet. Bra. Bra frukost som dock inte ingår i rumspriset. Fin miljö i allmänna utrymmen men en del av personalen borde gå en charmkurs.

Schönes Hotel aber zu teuer

Hotel ist modern, Personal äußerst freundlich, Betten bequem. Aber: Zimmer relativ klein. Lage des Hotels zwar in der Nähe einer Bahnstation aber sonst nicht wirklich viel drumherum. Zahnputzbecher aus Einmal-Plastik (warum?!) in Plastik verpackt. Zudem fast keine Ablage und Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Preis Leistung zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt meiner Meinung nach schlecht (ca. 170€ / Nacht für ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelbelegung). Würde das Zimmer bis 100€ die Nacht kosten, würde ich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis als angemessen erachten.
