הייתה חופשה מדהימה המלון מדהים מכול הבחינות!

ציפנו למלון 5 כוכבים .. אבל התאכזבנו מעט.. הנקיון לא היה כמצופה . המלון דיי ישן ולא מודרני . הברזים כמו של פעם המיטות לא נוחות . הבריכות מאוד יפות וכייף לשבת במיטות ליד . בכל אופן מי משחפש יותר יוקרה שיחפש מלון יותר חדש. ומי שלא יש המון מלונות יותר זולים שבהחלט יותר יספקו אותכם.

Whilst the hotel is beautiful unfortunately the level of service from the staff is not even close to 5 star. The staff are not welcoming at all and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them at the slightest request. At the restaurant, the staff don’t even look across to see if you need service, we had to constantly raise our had to order food or more drinks. I wanted so badly to enjoy my stay at Almrya and believe I would have if the staff had been more attentive and welcoming. Upon check out, the staff on reception did not even ask how our stay was, for a supposedly 5* hotel I was expecting more and unfortunately won’t be staying again.

The whole vacation was amazing, from the minute we arrive we got 5 start treatment, we loved the welcoming procedure were we checked-in in the lobi sofa with a refreshment. Our whole stay was wonderful and the only cavia was the lack of complimentry drinks durring dinner.

Location. View. I’m usually not into big hotels, but the staff work hard to make everyone feel welcome.

We stayed in the Almyra hotel for two nights during our anniversary. The check in process did take longer then you would expect. However we did get a nice room facing the sea. The room is a slightly outdated, but extremely clean and welcoming. The food is great, and pool area is very relaxing if you choose the spa pool. We received a very nice cake on our anniversary, which is a very nice gesture, thanks to Laura. We would definitely return to the Almyra again.

Even though I arrived late st the hotel, our room was not ready. However the reception staff were very helpful and accommodating but didn’t even offer us a drink whilst we were waiting for our room... The pools could do with some cleaning...the room was very spacious but with very basic fixtures and fittings...the rest of the hotel is pretty nice but it’s obvious that there were a lot of cutbacks in the decor and it’s a shame... The prices are quite pricey and a visitor would expect a higher standard of service and finish.,,

My Wife and daughter has just completed their visit at Almyra hotel. They loved every minute. They had only good words to say. Above all they said how kind and lovely was the stuff of the hotel. all the time making everything to make their vacation wonderful and it was. There is one swimming pool for age of 16+. great to enjoy a pool without small kids running and screaming. the have their own pool.
