Clean and comfortable room. Bathroom is also clean, but small.

Nice surprise 👍

Was very surprised with this hotel never heard of it but was a nice surprise. Rooms are large but the bathrooms are small for two women in the morning but has a very comfortable bathtub. Location is nice in a great location no skid row with lots of amenities. Staff very helpful and friendly very comfortable beds and lots of towels and good coffee in the room. We used the pool and hot tub was great also will be staying again.

Super one

The front desk is super friendly, the place is easily accessible , the parking is not a problem at all, restaurant inside the hotel is great.

Substandard svc if booked if booked from Hotel.com

We arrived 3pm to check in, after 7hrs drive, however our room was not ready. The front desk personnel made us wait 30 mins explaining our room was not ready yet but offered to DOWN GRADE us, to a parking view room despite of paying extra to have the campus view. So we waited patiently, then when we got to the room, settled to rest, turned on the airconditioner. After 30-45 mins, the airconditioner was still blowing warm air, but we were hoping it will cool soon, it did not. Perfect timing we got a call that someone will be fixing the room’s aircon, despite the fact we did not report any concern yet. So may I conclude that the staff knew, that the room they gave us dont have a properly functioning aircon? We were given the option to leave the room so they can service the aircon or transfer to another room. We chose the later. The stay was better after the first 2 hrs full hassle in the hotel. The hotel felt secured, the furnishing, bath room little run down. the bed, comforters & pillows comfortable. It seems like because we booked from hotel.com and got a discounted rate, the hotel staff treated us with less hospitality.

Great, but…

Great hotel- adorable USC touches- would have like more explanation of parking and shower would be very difficult for older person- in a tub- steep step in and out onto potentially wet tile floor.

Great location for families with students at USC. For light sleepers, request a room facing the back of hotel.

Condition

The air conditioner in our room was so noisy when it turned on & off, which was often, it woke us up at night.

Very convenient to visit USC but it needs to be completely updated.
