Baymont by Wyndham Sevierville Pigeon Forge

Our stay was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful. The beds were brand new and comfortable. We will stay there next time we are in town.

Clean remodeled room. Hotel was run down looking on outside but room was nice. Staff not very friendly. Would stay again for clean place to sleep. No frills.

Be careful! I was checking in and one of the girls behind the counter asked for my id and credit card. I handed it to her and she looked at it looked at the computer and her and another girl got real quiet looking at the computer and at each other then finally the 2nd girl takes the card and runs the receipt for me to sign. 1 hr later i get a call from my bank that my card had charges adding up to $800 that i had not authorized. I called the stores to have them stop the orders and found out the shipping address was to the same town as the hotel. That was the only place i used my card that night. All i am saying is be careful.

The service was bad went to take shower and in the middle of the shower the water shuts off and remind you the weather was cold it was so frustrating plus the other room next to me the alarm went off for no reason so the neighbor tried calling the front desk and no one pick up

The overall stay was decent. We got there and it’s not the nicest looking hotel in the world but for the price you can’t expect it to be. The room was smaller than the pictures lead you to believe and the phone didn’t work so when our jacuzzi tub wasn’t working I could not contact the front desk so I fixed the button on the tub myself. I probably will not be staying again some more of my family was down there and got a much nicer room for the same price in pigeon forge which is where I thought this one was.

It was all very good. It was clarn, room was vey nice.

I booked queen beds and ended up with full beds for 2 adults and 3 children. The phone was totally dead... therefore no communication to front desk. Water in shower went from scorching to luke to scorching to cold to scorching throughout the bathing experience. Will not book again or recommend.
