Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview

Our stay at the Radisson Hotel & Suites Fallsview was very enjoyable. The room was very comfortable. My mother and I stayed for 6 nights and she was sad when we had to leave. I think I forgot a cord in the room for my DVD player. The view from our room was also very nice. We could partly see the Horseshoe Falls. I would stay there again.

We had a pleasant stay.Front desk staff were great,Victoria and Mary.Room 1439 was an awesome room with a great view of the falls.Not happy about paying for parking,that's just a money grab.Room was clean and so cozy.

The room was nice, bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing. The bathroom door handle broke off, but hotel management was quick to remedy that. There were a few minor things, the fridge was freezing everything (and the knob to adjust it had broken off,) and one of the outlets beside the bed didn’t work.

Large, clean rooms. Hotels.com gold status got us a complimentary upgrade to a room with a jetted tub. Mary at the front desk was extremely helpful and polite and deserves recognition. I didnt catch his name but the man directing cars in/out of the parking lot at check in deserves special recognition, always friendly with a smile on his face and going well above his duties to ensure guests are taken care of, even recommended local restaurants to us which were excellent. Well done and will return.

It was good one night stay on Christmas eve. Every thing was good. Only if they cud have made the parking complementary. Hotel also made a small upgrade on my room for free. I would look forward to coming again.

It was a very nice stay. The room was pretty clean and spacious. The view was breathtaking! Mary at the front desk is getting 10 stars from me.

The bedsheets were so dirty.They had blood stains on them.When i asked the front desk staff she said i am sorry and for compensation i will waive off your parking fee but then they charge it from my credit card.I will never return to this hotel.And i do not recommend anyone to book it.

Amazing views of Niagara falls and river

Went during the week and had a wonderful falls view room upgrade. Check in was fast with friendly staff and enjoyed the family friendly pool. Four block walk to the falls with a great light show along the boulevard. Stayed at the hotel a few years back and glad I came again.

Customer service was exceptionally helpful and friendly when I called in ahead of time and also at time of check-in. Very delighted with the room we were given. Definitely would stay here again!
