Comfort Inn Portland

This was a good value stay, the building and rooms were very nice, comfortable and clean. It was to include breakfast even with Covid but said nothing in the description that it was limited. Very limited, to an apple and stale muffin. I feel the brown bag breakfast could have been better. The room was also not cleaned, or at least the beds not made each day. I think garbage and towels were done though. I feel the location could have put a bit more effort in it but I would stay again.

Receptionist was very polite and nice, lobby smelled wonderful.

The one bad thing about this place was that the laundry room was down. I was here for a week and had to go 15-20 min out of my way to find a halfway decent public laundromat! However the room size was fantastic, loved the separate wet bar area and the sheets on the bed were soft and comfy, not starchy. Bed was a bit lumpy.

Candice was exceptional with customer skills.

This was a nice respite for my husband and myself during these trying days of Coronavirus. Services are limited, but understandably so. We were comfortable staying here for two weeks in July, and again September, when visiting Portland to meet our new granddaughter.

Good place to stay. Comfortable bed. Can be noisy because it is close to Interstate 84. Choose your room carefully.

We did not get good room. The room was very close to I 84. Windows did not keep highway noise from our room. Choose your room carefully. You want to be on Wasco side of street not highway 84.

Good size rooms that were recently remodeled. Beds were comfortable and the maintenance staff was super helpful and friendly.
