Thanksgiving visit

Stay was okay. Had to be moved in early morning due to some tiny visitors. Hotel rep was quick to move us, brought keys up to our room and all was set to move us. There were many apologies. All good after move. Stay was okay over all.

Hotel rooms needs inspection throughout

As i entered the room the tile on the floor dirty with black marks all over floor. Ceiling/crack with water damaged and paint coming from the ceiling. Any room that have this much damaged should be shutdown. One of the worst experiences ever. Inspector needs to to check all rooms before rooms are being purchased to traveler's.

In the face of covid, they are taking all precautions including dishing out breakfast and closing the pool and gym. They are doing renovations so it wasn’t that inviting as you come in, but it will be one day soon. Our room was next to the steps on the second floor which was quite loud. That bathroom was stained in places and didn’t look great. The second night, our Next door neighbors decided to throw a party of which everyone used the stairs. We asked if they could switch our room. The second room was very clean looking, without any stains. It was also very quiet. The front desk was very accommodating when we called down and moved us without having to ask twice. The keys were available as soon as I got down stairs for an easy switch. They said they were taking care of the party, and seeing how we didn’t hear anything more I believe they did. Overall it was a decent hotel, especially for the price and one we would stay again.

Cleaness

The hotel is still under renovation. Just several Minutes away from I-95. It is worth to drive extra A few minutes to save almost $30 compared to Hampton inn, which is also only service on-go BKF with a tiny muffin and a bottle water. I stayed in Hampton inn mostly for the BKF before; since COVID-19 pandemic, nowhere provides buffet like BkF, cleanses is the most important. I do not know what is in the on -go BKF from holidays inn express because I have to leave earlier. They provide the bag from 7-10 am. The hotel is very clean. Only one thing bothered me is the curtains, which was shining into my eyes all night. It is very thin like a piece of silk to block the security light; other than that, rest are all good.

Hotel is undergoing renovations so many areas closed off, also covid restrictions. Despite construction noise in front of the lobby the room was very quiet. They prepare breakfast to go - they ask what you want and pack it up, no admittance to the food areas.

Not all that great

It was just ok. Lots of construction going on alrhoygh we never saw anyone working on it, things were just all over the place. We were in a room next to a door that guest coukd go in and out from and all night long we heard that door ipen and close. The fklks next to us sounded like they mived furniture all night. By morning...we were just ready to go. Thank goodness it was only for 1 night.
