Quality Inn Sarnia

The front desk clerk was very nice and efficient however my room was tired and is in need of some tlc. The secure lock on the inside of the door was broken the chair is worn, the top of the cabinet the tv sits on is bumpy from water damage and the finish is peeling. The wallpaper has been cut, the fan for the ventilation system is very loud, the bed and pillows have both seen better days and the coffee machine is moldy. I cold also hear the people next door and banging noise coming from the fan.

Found opened candies in dresser draws. Dirty carpets. Could hear people talking (very poor in sound proof). Beds are lumpy. Spider webs on chair.

Comfortable place to stay right off hwy 402. Quality Inn was clean at a convenient location close to the best spots on Sarnia. The staff were very friendly.

Great hotel, very clean, decent free breakfast to start your day, close to downtown & waterfront promenade (15min walk), close to Canatara Park & Beach and Waterfront park (15min walk) and 5 min walk to a nearby nice golfcourse. Very nice staff, giving us advise about local restaurants, beach and entertainment options. I wish they will have a larger size TV and a firmer base for the mattress (2 single bed bases side-by-side on wheels, which they made the mattress bouncing while in bed). Will return at this hotel, next time!

Decent although breakfast is ĺimited to a muffin and coffee.

We found out the first day that there were ants in the bathroom and on the 2nd day my husband found one on his bed. The beds were comfy and it was quiet we were just a bit turned off about the ants.I also went to ask for a chair because we wanted to play cards and they said they couldn't get me one because of the Covid yet they had different security girls sitting in the same chair all weekend.

It was a clean, and comfortable place with super friendly staff. However, the AC was not working probably during my stay and it was annoying. I tried to call the front desk at 2am, when I woke up from heat, and no one answered. Other than that it is a clean place.

Great area for walking. Room heating fan very noisy. Kept waking up when it was on. Bathroom fan noisy.
