The hotel was clean and beautiful. Loved the antiques in the room, and the view out of my window of the Channel Islands. The only thing that disappointed me me was the lack of courtesy from the front desk person explaining to me how to find my room. He neither explained to me how to find it (minimal and useless directions) nor where to park my car for close access. After wandering around the property in the bitter cold wind with my hands full of luggage I had to return my things to my car and ask again at the front desk how to find my room. Rather than be more specific, he had someone else show me the way. The second person led me straight to my door. The first person couldn’t have cared less if I’d wandered off a cliff in the night. Lazy, indifferent, not professional.

Enjoyed my stay . Quiet and Peaceful location. I stayed in the The Deluxe Garden cottage. It has private entrance meaning the cottage has its own parking space away from the other properties structure. The cottage was nice and clean except the detail on dust accumulation in bedroom especially around bed posts. Beautiful scenery and gorgeous sunrise. If you need to touch bases back with human nature you will forget your everyday stresses while waking up to birds chirping. It felt like I stayed in a distant secluded cottage that was in the woods. I will recommend staying at The Pierpont Inn.

The room was nothing like the pictures on hotels. The Restroom was the worst. Totally out dated & nothing seen on the hotels app. Check in was easy & staff was friendly. The room had a weird smell. Good thing I brought Lysol & a candle. The room was clean, but extremely cold at night. I don’t know if the fireplace was just for looks, because it served no justice all night.

Heating unit did not work so we literally froze the first night. Second night even after maintenance came out warmed up for a while then once it hits 71 starts blowing cold air again. Made for an uncomfortable stay.

The property is in very bad shaper overall. Our unit, and about half of the rest of the property, is in decent shape; but much of the property is in bad disrepair

Nice hotel. It's an older hotel but it was still pretty nice.

Beautiful views, wonderful location - easy walk to the beach, excellent service
