Comfort Inn Kissimmee-Lake Buena Vista South

Was disappointed since it was advertised as a 3* hotel, higher than the Mariott change and definitely didn't compare.

Towels were dirty, stains and burn spots on the comforter, room was dirty. Found live roach on the door as we went to lock it The manager, however tried to make it better and we switched rooms. Stay was ok, but rooms were not clean so ruined our trip as we were grossed out. It was too late to switch hotels.

Rooms we're very clean I would definitely return for another visit

It was a great stay. We had a room with a jacuzzi and r Ted he bed was very comfortable

The room we stayed in had a lot of ants in the room when we woke up. There were some on the bed, near the jacuzzi, on the table and we noticed some on the front table as well. I spoke to the manager and he offered a 10% discount but I don’t believe That is justified seeing as it was extremely unsettling to wake up to ants everywhere. We’ve stayed here before and never had this issue, we usually have a great and comfortable stay so I was shocked that it occurred this time. Please help me get a refund, as this was a very unpleasant stay.

There was not any staff, you was required to call a number during check in times to get service, it took him 10 mins to arrive at desk for checking, he gave no instructions about the property, once we went to room there was hair all over the bedspread and it looked like them haven’t been washed in days, never seen any cleaning staff and the over all appears of the hotel is like a one star, would not recommend to ANYONE! I seen motels cleaner than this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Waste of money. The service is horrible . When we checked in we waited 15 minutes for someone to come to desk and greet us. After 15 mins it’s here comes this guy taking his precious time coming out the bathroom. Not a bit of urgency... I’ve never experienced this service in my life. Came home to our hotel at 5am after working an event and realize we left our key in the room... we called front desk no answer but there was a number in the door we called it and had to wait til the SAME front desk person woke up and drove back to open the door. Apparently they don’t have staff there after midnight. And to make it worse he was RUDE.

The furniture in the room and fixtures were dated. The repairs to the ceiling and around the outlets and fixtures were not properly finished. There was obvious water damage to the ceiling that wasn’t properly repaired. There were stains in the bathtub. The upholstery on the chair in the room looked like it needed to be cleaned or replaced and the walls are paper thin. There were hard water stains in the shower on the granite surround.

I was very unhappy with the service the front counter was gone after 5 pm so if you needed anything you couldn’t get helped. The lamps in my room didn’t work, the AC made a loud noise and the WiFi didn’t work. Never recommend this place to anyone!

Is totally unaceptable is not a personal at front desk you have to call a phone number to wait until someone show up. The breakfast is terrible! The free internet do not work right! I never recommend this hotel ......very bad experience.
