Had a non-refundable reservation for the period of mobile world congress... I understand it was non-refundable but the MWC was cancelled because of corona virus. None the less, they would not let me cancel and would not issue a refund. In this unique case, I believe they could’ve made exceptions. They were completely inflexible. I’ll never stay here or any of their hotels ever again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Arc La Rambla! The staff was super friendly and super helpful, even giving us good tips on where to go. The hotel is in a great location, close to the metro, and walking distance to the water front. For our first visit to Barcelona, we are very happy with our stay at this hotel because it wins for comfort and convenience. And I was traveling with my son--so my trip was focused solely on what would make him happy; and after a long day of being a tourist, he was quite happy to return to the hotel each day!

Hotel was is in prime location. If you like the hustle and bustle, this is the place for you. You will hear noise all night but is in walkable distance to many stores and attractions.

My room was surprisingly spacious and the bath tub was really huge! The room was so much better than the pictures and the bed was really comfortable. Location is good at La Rambla area close to Plaça Catalunya and shopping area. Many great eateries too. Glad that we chose Arc La Rambla!
