Novotel Glasgow Centre

The room could do with being updated. There was a damaged fridge door and the tv was damaged cosmetically. The heating system was not working properly. The bath shower was slippery. Other than that, it was it was reasonable. The service upto midnight was excellent but after the next sift, it was lacking. Breakfast was poor food wise but the service was excellent.

Nice place to stay and fabulous value. Comfortable room - rooms only cleaned every 3 days during pandemic but not really a problem. Restaurant good.

I was booking just for some time to myself and ended up booking another night. Spotless room, comfortable, and quiet. Excellent value for money and I won’t hesitate to return.

Staff were efficient and provided a quick check-in service. The room was clean but the range of amenity (e.g., no fridge) was a bit limited. Another thing the room lacks was the view.

The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. The area where the hotel is located in calm and relaxed, away from the city centre. I was very impressed with the the quality of service from the staffs at hotel They accommodated my family very well and were flexible with their policy just to suit the children and to make sure we are comfortable during our stay at tbe hotel especially at such a time as this when there are restrictions and social distancing in place. Although there are limited services available due to pandemic outbreak, we still received excellent service and my family felt comfortable and safe.

Old and dated property which was not expected given it's a Novotel. No fridge in the room was certainly odd. Staff were fantastic though.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean and around 10-15 minutes walk from Glasgow central station.

Location is good. equipment need update. i booked because VIP hotel. but i didn't nothing received and no upgraded room.

Met my expectations
