Best Western Central Inn

Nice place

Please note this is a motel, not a hotel (outside stairs and entrance doors, not inside). Covid breakfast is only coffee, juice, and pastries. Close to a shopping mall, but a few miles drive to the historic district.

The motel was extremely clean and well kept. It’s convenient to the historic city center and he would stay here again. My only complaint is the breakfast. It’s advertised as “continental breakfast” which might be the case pre-Covid, but right now it’s only juice, coffee and Hostess donuts. We chose this motel because of the advertised breakfast (to save us money on having to eat out) so it was disappointing.

Everything was great, except for the extremely limited breakfast.

Great location

My stay was pretty good, I have no complaints. I enjoyed the peace and quiet and the awesome customer service. I stayed here plenty of times and never no complaint. I thought I had trouble with WiFi but it was my firestick that logged off and I had to restart it again and reconnect 😊I will most definitely stay here again.

No complaints

This trip was to move my daughter back to her dorm. The hotel was in a great location, very clean, and I felt safe. All employees made sure masked up when a guest was present. And out of respect I made sure I put my mask on. They respected the fact that I didn’t want service until we checked out but made sure I had clean towels and toilet paper when I needed. Check out and in was easy.

No complaints. Front desk was pleasant during check in/check out process. Beds were clean and comfy. Everything was in working and functioning order. Would stay again for my next trip.

My family just wanted to get a good sleep for the night as we were driving the whole day. However our stay was terrible. We checked in around 8pm, we went to our room which was like a freezer. (outside temperature during the night was around 30-ish). We immediately turned the AC on to maximum heat. However after 3 full hours, the room was still very cold. I'm not sure if the AC was not working properly or if the room just had bad insulation. But also the bed coverings were so thin, and we had a freezing sleep. Next morning we were so tired that we could not drive.
