Red Lion Hotel Twin Falls

It was pretty run down. Drawers in the room were either missing or broken Front desk girl was super nice. She was the bright spot for sure.

Nice stop over on a long drive. Front desk staff wore masks but did no speak to the MANY guests who did not. House keeping had a mask around their neck. Comfortable and clean. Appreciated having a ground floor room. Would have loved half-n-half for coffee. The powder is a poor substitute.

Front desk not wearing a mask, not polite, the room was ok but one of the beds was broken, bath tub drain was clogged and mini frig did not work. The hotel smelled really bad of cigarette smoke and spilt alcohol

The room I stayed in was kinda falling apart and you couldn’t shower without the whole room condensations. The shower also hardly drained.

It was amazing the bed was very comfortable and the pillows where amazing. The location of the hotel was very convenient and would recommend this hotel to anyone that stays in twin falls.

Rooms were great nice and clean. The outside was a different story, there was an abandoned truck with its windows broken and its tires slashed. It did not make us feel safe at all. Staff were not wearing masks.

I was very upset that none of the employees were wearing masks. This hotel hasn't aged well, the mattresses and pillows are lumpy and not super comfortable, the door that is supposed to require a key to get into the hotel from outside was broken to be unlocked all the time and the hotel itself was extremely dated. I usually stay here on my annual road trip but I definitely will not be back.

Guy at frint drsk was horrible. No msnners. Did not tell the truth. Promised microwave. But had to go through a Lot to finally get one. He swore up and diwn there was already a microwave in tbe room. Said he oersonally put it there... Finally he came and looked. Saw he was wrong, and begrudgingly got one. Then had to move all the furniture and lamps in order to plug it in. Ugh. What a hassle.

Property has new owners. And they are doing some renovation but not as nice as in past. No lounge no restaurant or food services. Thanks
