Very good, we always stay at this hotel every time we are in town.

I was moving for a job and stopped for 1 night. We stayed here because it had a kitchen. The kitchen was ok, but the dishwasher didn't work. The bed was fine. After sitting on the couch I couldn't stop itching, even after a shower. The shower knob was broken and I kept expecting it to break off in my hand. The shower curtain had multiple mold spots all along the base of the curtain. Haven't had problems like this at any other Baymont we've stayed at before, but definitely not going back to this one ever again

We didn’t really have any issues. I accidentally booked a handicap accessible room and we did not have a tub to bathe our son, but that was my own fault. We asked for extra sheets and pillows for the pull out couch, which wasn’t a problem.

Good. Were ready with a pet friendly room for our 13th stay.

Very good area. I liked the 2 separate bedrooms & bathrooms with a living room and kitchen in between. The hotel was very run down and not very clean.

Crystal was amazing!!! She gave excellent customer service even when a different guest was slightly difficult. The value of tge room was good. I stay at this hotel every time i go to Witchta.

On 9-14-20 I tried to check into the hotel. Went inside and the front desk was unmanned. There was a sign saying if your there longer than 5 minutes call a number. I called the number and all it did was rang at the empty desk right in front of me. I waited 20 minutes and still nobody. I called the site I booked the room from, this site!!! and was on hold for 26 minutes the first time and 46 minutes the second time and never got an answer for help. I also used their on line chat which turned out to be a purely automated response system that kept telling me the hotel check in hours. When I clicked on the part to chat with a person it kept telling me I'd have someone in 5-6 minutes and never ever received help even after 15mn Long story short I left and got another hotel. Still fighting to get a refund for a hotel I couldn't check into. I have photos of all aspects of this complaint and still no help from either hotel or the booking site, which is this one. I tried to post pics to verify the steps of this event from time clock to empty lobby, the multiple long wait for call to never be answered by this booking site and the ignoring of text support but I received notice from this web site that this wasn't acceptable. Bottom line is terrible service at hotel and even worse from lack of support from from this booking site. This is my third attempt to post this review as I am not allowed to mention any specific web site. They sure are not there to help you.
