Comfort Inn & Suites Grenada

We had a better breakfast than we expected. Eggs folded over cheese (which lasts better than regular scrambled eggs. Sausage patties, yogurt, sweet rolls. There is is still some construction going on off to the pool side (pool was closed for now), but the construction area did not affect us at all. The lobby and halls and rooms seemed fine. It was pretty quiet for our sleep. We left about 8:00 am, so we really didn't hear any constuction noise. Overall it was very good at an easily affordable price.

Remodeling so no pool like advertised. Also receptionist left a note saying in the kitchen be right back when I walked in 1 family had already been waiting. We continued waiting for 20 minutes before she finally came down the stairs, followed by a man. That kitchen must have been dirty to require help from a friend.

This property is under construction. They don't tell you until about to book My husband did like the breakfast. You will be disappointed at the appearance. Their cost should like be less. The room was a bit better for cleanliness but I did do extra cleaning due to Covid.

No one ever answered front desk phone so had to go there. Person at desk didn’t get up from small room to side to address my questions. Bathtub stopper did not work so couldn’t take a bath. TV service sucked — said it had direct tv but it never worked, no local channels for weather, etc. realize they were under construction but that was NOT told to us when we booked the reservation. Glad we were only there 1 night, decided to cut trip short rather than stay another night.

Property has been under construction for a couple of years now. The door to our room wouldn’t close unless you lifted up on it. The water at all facets was brown from a city water break. Ran water for 1 1/2 hours and still didn’t clear up. Could not take a shower. Staff was friendly and apologetic but didn’t fix the concerns. Will not stay here again.

Property undergoing renovation, room was fine but workers tracked debris throughout hallways and around exterior. Breakfast very limited, once they ran out of hot items they were not replenished even though there was 45 minutes left until breakfast was done. Overall was satisfactory.

Breakfast area was not serviced. Some Food dispensers we’re empty and tables had not been wiped 45 minutes before breakfast was over.
