Beautifull, location was perfect and staff excellent.

The stay was great but we were not welcomed properly. Some employees even made fun of us because we went yo the wrong area for check in. Will not return

Hotel perfectly located. It meant that seeing the whole of the city was very easy. We had a view of the city and the church on the hill. The view was beautiful. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Valet parking was prompt. Breakfast a little pricey at 26 euro but we found Lyon expensive overall for food but very good quality.

Perfect location for visiting Lyon, right between the two rivers and easy walking access to restaurants and bars.

The staff at the Carlton was absolutely fantastic going the extra mile with restaurant recommendations/reservations/etc. Location was great as well next to plenty of shopping and eating.

Had an absolutely great 3 night stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff and quiet room even facing a busy square. Would definitely return when in Lyon.

Excellent service Centrally located Friendly staff

I liked the old world charm of this property and its position was great, easy to walk to everything I wanted to see in Lyon. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was very spacious for a French hotel with a lovely bathroom and doors opening onto a balcony which I could leave open for fresh air.
