Toilet 🚽

Our check in was ok, lady was very laid back. It was like pulling teeth to get a word out of her. The most important amenity did not work…the toilet! For a family of 5, it is very much needed. Since this was a prepaid booking, we weren’t willing to move location. Unfortunately we were told there were no rooms available and maintenance guy didn’t work 24/7 after getting the run around that he was onsite. Very frustrating will not return back

The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and even polite to another hotel-goer who interrupted my check-in to ask the desk lady if she's or her coated in the dryer for her. The hotel had a lot of shady-looking people lurking about - a fidgety lady on the front sidewalk on her phone waiting for a ride, 2 guys with hostess waiting the hotel paying lot and then looping add to the best payment lot over and kept looking back at me, the crackhead lady whoo interrupted my check-in. The room I got was on the first floor looking on the swimming pool area, and I could hear everything outside the window. The front door to the room had about a 1" gap underneath it and I could see people walking by. I didn't ask for a refund, but I checked out later that night. I was pretty only there for an hour before I decided I didn't feel safe and wanted to get out.

Rocky check in

When we checked in there was an argument in the lobby between 3 residents. Thought there was going to be a fight right there. Floor in kitchenette was in poor shape. Bed was great- got a great nights sleep. Did not witness another bad incident during our 5 day stay.

Works for a 2-night stay, but not comfortable

Overall the room wasn’t terrible … but it left a lot to be desired. The floor was uneven (third floor room), and there were some holes in the baseboard along the wall next to the closet. The mattress was too hard for my liking, and the frame constantly squeaked with every movement. There was some pinkish residue on the wall behind the left-side bedside table that I couldn’t identify (and refused to touch), as well as a stain on the carpet that at least seemed to be from cleaning fluid. The dresser where the TV was stationed had some kind of gunk behind the TV stand. The bathroom, at least, was clean and worked well. For a quick weekend getaway, we could have had worse, but I was not keen to stay longer than we needed to.

Looks absolutely NOTHING like pictures. Filthy, dirty, and smelly. Prime example if you get what you pay for. Not worth the savings.
