It was not any where you or especially anyone with children would ever feel safe! It’s not okay!!! We did not even stay the night we paid for. We were out within 30 minutes!

Disappointed

We had to wait over 10 minutes at the front desk upon check in. The toilet seat was loose, had to keep tightening it, there was less than half a roll of TP, with no extra. Had to go back to the front desk to ask for more. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The “hot” items were lukewarm. When checking out, again no one at the front desk, just a box that said “keys”.

I know this hotel is cheap but don’t stay here, just don’t. The hotel is in bad shape, the pillows flat as a pancake. The pool towels stink super bad, nothing really seemed clean including the bathroom in our room which had pubic hair on the walls. You can hear everything in the hallway so any sort of rest is literally impossible. There is a man living in a camper in the parking lot that I saw a staff member walk up to, exchange money and leave with something she shoved on her pocket. The whole place is bad news, I believe a majority of the staff are doing what they can with what they have but the owners of the hotel really need to invest and make some major improvements all around.

Hotel needs uodates

We checked in and paid, but once we got to the room, we chose not to stay. The room had a musty smell, the lights didn’t work and when I pulled the curtains across to block the window. They were ripped and missing panels.

Hair in the sink

There was hair in the sink, the toilet and in the shower. Bummer.

Bad Check In

I was very disappointed by the terrible service at check in this time. It has been very good in the past. This new person charged my credit card for the room when she wasn't suppose to, the credit card was suppose to be for incidental only. I even told her at the time that the room is paid for there should not be a room charge on my credit card. An hour later I got an alert from my credit card notifying me that this card was charged for the room/ I called this person and spoke to her and she said some lame excuses but this has not happened in the past and I booked there a no. of times before. I told her this she just said the charge should go off in a couple of days. I don't think I will book there anymore not when people don't know what they are doing. The lady last time was very good and very helpful this one was just the opposite! What a disappointment!!!
