Terrible no room service had to ring down for tea and milk 3 times in the end had to walk down to get it 2 nights in a row park ur car acroo the road in a field not one bit safe for walking

Lovely hotel and is only a short walk from Duque if you use the door out the back of the pool. The Level package is worth it, however not much breakfast option, so we ended up going to the main buffet which costs 40€ for two. Beds and roomed were turned over plenty which was nice. Hotel had a nice clean feel to it. Only comment I have if travelling with a baby, there are 2 lift levels to go down to get down to the main pool which was fine, but annoying with the pram so I would opt for a room on level 2 or below, and no food is available until 13:00 in any of the restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Nice hotel, excellent staff, Hot food was cold, got monotonous for 14 days, Decor was ultra modern but bar area uncomfortable.The Level concept is discriminatory and makes other guests uncomfortable. Should all be the same. Well appinted but morr3_4 StR than 5

Jardines del Teide Feb 22

To call Jardines del Teide a 5 star hotel would be a stretch. I've stayed in better 4 star properties. We booked on half board but ate out most nights after sampling the buffet, which was very bland. The hotel itself is located at the top of a steep hill, which tested our calf muscles every time we went for a walk. Certainly not recommended for guests with mobility issues. We stayed in a Level room which was pleasant as was the level lounge and exclusive pool, however, i was disappointed to find that this was not an adults only section of the hotel. Overall, it gets the rating it deserves.

Excellent Stay and Great Service

Quality stay on the level at this hotel. Booked last minute whilst in Tenerife and even had a quick look round first. We weren’t disappointed. Carolina and Estefania particularly helpful and welcoming. Up a hill from the sea front but v helpful lower entrance by swimming pool allows easy access. We will return.

January stay

We had a great stay from start to finish. The experience from when we walked into the level was exceptional. Staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was beautiful, hotel was spotless, room was comfortable and was very modern. Would definitely come back.

Great Stay But?

Generally great stay. We opted for the LEVEL and were very pleased. Staff always attentive and positive. Comments elsewhere about food are valid. This is an area that could be improved.

Not a 5 star service and propertydefinetely but the location is nice. we had a half-board and Level room. Level reception makes your stay more comfortable. rooms are spacious but not too cleaan and some amenities are quite old
