The Tower Hotel Fallsview

First time at this hotel, we had a nice and comfortable stay. Place was clean and quiet.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in a falls view room here this week and could not be more impressed!. The staff is absolutely amazing and will do what ever they can to make you feel at home super kind hard working people. The view from the room is one of a kind I've never had a better view of the falls in all my stays at the falls. The rooms were super up to date and very well kept. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and there front desk staff and how they went above and beyond to accommodate us!!

Very small bathroom. Hard to close the bathroom door and not touch the toilet. The ceiling had tape still on from the previous guests that used the room to put up decorating. The room looked overall old and unclean

Got away for a night out and enjoyed this hotel. Great price for what we got. Hotel was clean, and got some vouchers for the Keg that we took advantage of. Parking is actually at the hotel next door, but was easily accessible.. would return.

Its not good its too expensive not included the parking its too expensive Im sorry to say

we found a bed bug when leaving on Sunday morning. was not very happy. Stay away.

If you don’t have a credit card, you can’t get in no matter what, debit -credit card won’t work either. It’s a ridiculous. Went down the road 2 mins paid a higher deposit file took it right off our debit credit. Don’t think I’d ever stay here. Both receptionist for very ignorant and weren’t willing to accommodate or anything. I was lucky to receive A full refund, even when they said I wouldn’t. I recorded everything. (:

The view was stunning, great location and the staff really polite and helpful. The room could use a chair with a back rest. The check in time is 4:00 PM which is a couple hours later than normal and it does not show until after you have booked. Aside from that it was a nice stay and I would return.

No coffee maker or microwave Door was wide open when we arrived to room with external window open (2 degree with high winds on 30th floor)
