Comfort Suites Lebanon

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable, it was insulated well that you don't hear everyone else around you.

Great location and very nice hotel.

It was a fine stay; rooms could use some updating and the hot tub wasn’t working but overall it was fine

The hotel staff were very friendly, it was clean & comfortable. The pandemic caused the kitchen to be closed so, the staff prepared to-go bags for breakfast. I did notice the staff sanitizing things outside the rooms people touched (elevator buttons, vending machines, ice machine etc) The location is great as it is located right by the interstate.

We stayed one night and was great stay

We were disappointed that some of the staff were not wearing masks in the hallways, etc. In addition, there was paper debris on the floor of our bathroom. The facility is obviously worn and not maintained.

The entry was not clearly marked. The suite was nice and very quiet. The reception area was very well maintained. The bed was comfortable and pillow very adequate.

It was a wonderful place, clean and very nice staffs. We’re staying during covid ( late Nov 2020) and the hotel was still provided breakfast to go (granola and muffin) with warm sausage egg biscuit. There’s coffee, milk, single plastic wrapped apple, and juices too. We’re very pleased. The only thing that we wishes to improve is the computer and the printer at the business center. Suddenly, my husband had to print something confidential for his work. He tried to use the USB drive but the computer wouldn’t open the files. He had to send the files to specific email but it’s confidential so it wouldn’t work. It would be great if he can just print so it would save us a trip to find FEDEX print service. But overall, the place is great.

The location is good. The price was good. We used the indoor pool. The cleanliness could gave been better. The pull out couch bed was disgusting when pulled out.
