Residence Inn by Marriott Irvine John Wayne Airport

Very clean. Staff very helpful.

My first time in this hotel and I will stay there again when I visit Irvine, Ca again. The parking is free and well lit. The room is clean and comfortable.

Everything as great, personell, room, breakfast, parking free.

Front desk employee wasn’t very helpful with our check in. We we weren’t able to check in because of her. Really disappointed with the hotel. I am pretty sure we aren’t coming back.

I feel quite comfortable in the cleanliness inside the room as well as the overall facility. Staff was very helpful in explaining what is/is not possible. The only thing is that if they had the hand sanitizer at the entrance. It was good that the hand sanitizer is available at the elevator lobby.

I loved where this place was located. Very close to everything (except for LA of course which I don’t mind bc I usually try to skip over the LA area). Everything was well kept and the great thing was that it included everything that you would need. Basically an apartment. Customer service was great as well. Although everything was great, there was one bummer. The air conditioner broke or it was not working properly. Sadly our party did not discover this until 10 at night and we were only staying the night. We did call the front desk to which they sent someone up to fix. Once it was fixed, we were told to give it about 30 minutes for it to cool down. Sad thing was, it was cooler outside than the inside of our room. We had to prop open the windows which helped a little bit but the room temp was still 81-82 degrees to which we felt like we were being slow roasted in our own sweat. 45 minutes passed by and still the temp had not gone down to which we had called the front desk again. They sent up a different person to fix the air-con. The temperature of the room did go down but only to 79 degrees which wasnt bad but it wasn’t ideal either. We decided to just stick it out w/propping open the windows as it was only a night stay and we did not want to bother the front desk anymore. We didn’t want to switch rooms after we had already unpacked. Kudos to the front desk people. I do feel like they had sympathized with us and they helped which I appreciate. Little tip: Check AC b4 leaving

Never reserving a single room for a family of four ever again :) Room is a little dated but everything was great!

Cleanliness and the front desk staff. Very accommodating. The room was great. Showers very nice. Overall, me and my beautiful girlfriend loved it. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

A very basic hotel. Overpriced for what you get. Seems very clean.
